"This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." — Psalm 118:24
Plan My Visit →A church built around the Word, the presence of God, and a community that means it. We gather three times a week because once isn't enough.
The RoadE Church is a place of encounter. Every service, every message, every prayer is aimed at one thing: people meeting God and being changed by it.
We're based at Roman Ridge Shopping Arcade in Accra, and we gather three times a week. Not because we're trying to fill a calendar, but because we genuinely believe that the Word, prayer, and community are things worth coming back to.
We're a church for people who are searching, people who are settled, and everyone in between. You don't need to have it figured out to belong here.
Jesus came into the world as fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and died on the cross for our sins. He didn't stay dead. On the third day He rose again, and that resurrection is the whole foundation of what we believe. It changes everything — death doesn't get the final word.
The Holy Spirit is not a feeling or a concept. He is the third person of the Trinity, present and active in the life of every believer. He convicts, guides, comforts, empowers, and speaks. At The RoadE Church, we create space for Him to move — in our services, in our prayers, and in the everyday lives of our people.
Tithing is not a tax — it's an act of trust. Bringing the first tenth of what you earn back to God is a declaration that He is Lord over your finances, not you. We teach tithing not to build an institution, but because we've seen what happens when people honour God with what they have: He opens doors that money alone can't open.
Rev. Barima Appiah-Korang is the Founder and Senior Pastor of The RoadE Church. His ministry is shaped by a single conviction: that the Gospel is the most practical truth a person can encounter on any day of the week, not just Sundays.
As a preacher, he brings the Word with clarity and pastoral warmth. His messages are grounded in the text and aimed at the heart. People leave not just informed, but moved.
He is also a business developer, project manager, and author. His forthcoming book, Still Standing, reflects the same faith that shapes his pulpit: that God holds even when life doesn't.
"The road isn't a metaphor for wandering. For those who walk with God, it's always leading somewhere, and it's always leading well."
The RoadE Church runs a structured pastoral training programme for those called to ministry. Every Tuesday evening, trainee pastors gather to be built, not just taught.
The programme is called Raised to Lead, and it is built on two foundations: the Jesus Building Principle and the Joshua Principle. It takes leadership development seriously, because the church deserves leaders who are prepared.
The full programme runs 22 modules across 6 parts, covering everything from inner life and prayer, to ministry skills, administration, and mission.
Giving is an act of worship. When you bring your tithe and offering to The RoadE Church, you're not just supporting a ministry — you're partnering with what God is doing in Accra and beyond.
Every gift goes toward the Word being preached, leaders being trained, and lives being changed. We are faithful with what you sow here.
"Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts."

Led by a clear calling to build people from the inside out, Pastor Barima founded The RoadE Church on the conviction that encounter with God changes everything.

I came to The RoadE Church carrying a weight I had been carrying for seven years. No job, no clarity, no peace. I sat in my first Sunday service and something broke inside me — not in a bad way. In the right way. Three months later I had a job, my family was restored, and I understood what it meant to trust God completely. This church didn't just give me religion. It gave me a relationship with a God who actually shows up.
"I had been praying for a child for six years. After joining the Friday Power Service and praying consistently with this community, God answered. My daughter is two years old now. I will never stop testifying."
"The WORD Service on Thursdays transformed how I read the Bible. I came as someone who found scripture confusing. Now it is my daily bread. Pastor Barima teaches in a way that makes the Word come alive."
"My business was on the verge of collapse. I surrendered it to God through prayer at The RoadE Church. Within two months, a contract came that turned everything around. God is not silent."
Your testimony is someone else's faith to believe. Don't keep it to yourself.
